I am an experienced and highly qualified Chartered Counselling Psychologist with over 15 years of experience working in the NHS, counselling and CBT teams, as well as private practice.

I am a Chartered Psychologist based in Kensington and Chelsea with a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology.

In your first session, we will discuss your concerns, goals, and expectations for therapy. Together, we’ll create a personalized treatment plan to address your specific needs, focusing on areas such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or trauma recovery.

I integrate a range of therapeutic approaches, including evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), alongside Relational Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy. While CBT is well-supported by research for addressing many mental health concerns, Relational Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy offer deeper insights into relationship dynamics and unconscious processes, which can be incredibly helpful for long-term growth and understanding.

Therapy is a collaborative process, and I will work closely with you to help you gain insight, process difficult emotions, and develop healthier coping strategies. My goal is to support you in a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space.

I provide face-to-face counselling and psychological therapy in Kensington and Chelsea Counselling Rooms (Gloucester Road), as well as online therapy via Zoom, Teams, and FaceTime. My practice is conveniently located just 3 minutes from Gloucester Road tube station, with easy access from South Kensington, Earl’s Court, Victoria, Westminster, Liverpool Street, London Bridge, and Holland Park—serving all of Central London.
